Disney queen Hilary Duff is up and about in LA. She was seen last Tuesday wearing a summer outfit after having breakfast with her mom at the Papoos Hotdog Stand in Toluca Lake. Last Wednesday she was seen shopping at Vons store. She was also at the Cartier Love Charity Bracelet launch party on Wednesday night, with her sister Haylie and boyfriend Mike Comrie.
