Jessica Simpson got excited over the first day of July and forgot to wear a bra underneath her dress before going out. Or maybe she did it intentionally. She spent the first day of the month at the AT&T National PGA Golf Tournament in Bethesda, Maryland where she sang the National Anthem wearing a tight-fitting red and blue striped dress.
